Shipping Info
We use both the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx as domestic carriers. Most customers can select either carrier and multiple options for each. If the shipping menu does not contain options for one carrier, either their rate quote server is temporarily not responding, or they do not serve your address.
For standard delivery, you may select USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
We strongly suggest choosing FedEx Ground
since your package is trackable and you'll be sent tracking information automatically when the package is sent.
For expedited delivery, you may select USPS Express Mail, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2nd-Day Air, or FedEx 3rd-Day Air. Please see below for important information on the amount of time it will take for your package to arrive.

For standard delivery, you may select USPS airmail. This is usually the least expensive option, but please note:
Orders shipped via standard airmail are not as reliable as those shipped via Global Express Mail. They take longer to arrive, and if they get lost they are not traceable or recoverable. You are very strongly recommended to pay slightly more for any of the expedited options below to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. The Internet Disc Shop is
not
responsible for the fate of packages sent via regular airmail once the package is dropped off at the Post Office.
For expedited delivery, we offer USPS Global Express Mail. This service include tracking, so if your package is taking a long time to arrive, we can check on its status. Please see below for important information on the amount of time it will take for your package to arrive.
We ship most weekdays, so most orders ship by the next business day. If you have time-critical needs, please contact us prior to ordering. We ship all expedited packages (FedEx Express and USPS Express) by the next business day.
Orders sent to USA addresses using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground generally take two to six
business days
from that point (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays). Orders sent to USA addresses using expedited options take one to three
business days
depending on the method you selected.
Orders sent to international addresses typically take two to four weeks to arrive if sent by regular airmail. Orders sent via International Priority Mail usually take one to two weeks, and International Express Mail packages arrive within a week.
Important: When your package arrives in your country, it may be delayed by your local customs office, which can add to the total delivery time. You are highly encouraged to check with your local customs office or post office to determine the best way to expedite the process of clearing customs.

S/H charges are based on actual postage costs plus up to $0.90 for packaging and handling, depending on the shipping method. Here is a table of representative, approximate S/H charges for selected destinations, with cost per disc in black, and total S/H cost in orange (our shipping rates are obtained in real-time and are therefore subject to change...please use this only as a general guide):

You can determine the exact S/H cost of any order by adding items to your basket and clicking the Checkout button. By filling in your address info, on the next screen you can view actual shipping prices before placing the order.
In the United States, sales tax is assessed only on orders shipping to Washington State; all other customers are exempt.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or other customs fees...please check with your local customs office for details.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. The confirmation message is sent immediately, but depending on your internet provider it may take several hours to appear in your e-mail inbox. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please
contact us.
(Please note that customers using Hotmail or other free e-mail services may experience difficulties receiving order confirmations as e-mail messages to Hotmail servers often bounce. If you have a Hotmail e-mail account and don't receive a confirmation, please write and we'll send you a copy.)
Orders with FedEx shipping methods will receive separate confirmation upon shipping...this includes a FedEx tracking number so you can follow the parcel status. Note that e-mails from FedEx bounce frequently because of spam filters, so please contact us if you don't receive one within three days of shipping your order and we'll send you your tracking number.
If you live in the United States and you placed your order on-line more than seven business days ago (about a week and a half), and haven't received it yet, drop a quick note to

with a request to check on the status of your order. Please include your name and the order number from your confirmation notice. If you live outside of the U.S., please allow one month for delivery before checking on the order status, since it may take that long for international shipping (mainly due to the customs process in the destination country). Most orders we ship include delivery confirmation from the Postal Service so we can easily check the status of a shipment
